fudgester SG Polonium-210 is sold commercially, but in minute quantities. And you can't stockpile it over time to create a sufficiently dangerous dose as it has a half-life of a few days. So it would take a sophisticated military-level operation to come up with enough Po-210 at one go to poison someone.... which is why I think the Russians did it.
